We have known each other for approximately twelve years. We met whilst working as nannies for two private families and have been close friends ever since.
We decided to form a partnership together, as we found that we shared the same core beliefs, values and ideas, when it came to providing good quality child care.
Any additional staff provided are qualified experienced childcare practitioners, with Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosures, fully referenced checked and interviewed personally by ourselves.
I am Anna Bamford, a fully qualified and thoroughly experienced childcare practitioner, and mum to two lively girls aged one and four.
Prior to having my second daughter I worked as nanny to three private families.(and did so for 15 years).
The ages of the children ranged from 0-12 , and my daily role consisted of meeting the social emotional intellectual and language needs of the children, as well as being there for them as a proxy parent.
My second family had a child with complex special needs and therefore I am fully experienced in SEN.
I hold the NNEB diploma in nursery nursing, the NAMCW certificate in child and maternal welfare , a fully current first aid certificate and hold Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure.
The skills and knowledge that I have acquired during my career have enabled me (along with my close colleague) to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children of all ages to feel comfortable in.
I feel that I have now taken my nanny skills to the next level and work as a nanny at special events and occasions full time.

I have worked in childcare since 1993. I have worked in a variety of settings which include nurseries and also as a nanny.
I currently work as a registered childminder, which I have been doing since march 2003. During my career I have worked with children from 6 weeks of age to 16 years, all at varying stages of development and all with their own individual needs.
I hold a level three childcare qualification (N.N.E.B) and hold an up-to-date Paediatric First Aid Certificate. I have Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure. Some of the training courses I have attended include courses on Child Protection, Equal Opportunities, Additional Needs, Child development, Music Training in the Early Years, Managing Behaviour, Risk Assessment, Food Safety and Fire Safety.
I try to keep up to date with my training and I am currently working towards my certificate in Early Years Foundation Stage.
I am enjoying the challenge and fun that comes from running our Celebration Nanny business.
